Pixel Cursor Maker is a browser-based tool for drawing, editing, and animating pixel cursors. Create a matching set, try it out in the preview area, and export it for your Windows desktop.

✧ Draw & customize

Edit 17 Windows cursor types, including normal, link, text, and loading cursors.

Characters and cursor icons sit on separate layers, so you can edit each independently. Copy your character to other cursor types to build a matching set without drawing everything again!

Pencil, eraser, fill, and selection tools are included, along with color themes. Check your work at actual size or hover over the preview area to see your cursor in action.

✧ Make it move

Add frames to animate your cursor, or apply a motion preset for a little movement. Adjust the playback speed to get it just right!

You can also import existing .cur and .ani files to edit them.

✧ Save, install & keep creating

Export your finished cursor pack as an installer for Windows 10/11. Run it to apply your set!

Saved packs include your editing data, so you can import them again later with layers and frames intact.

You can also save a PNG preview of the entire cursor pack to show off your designs. 💕
